张国青,男,现为理学院副院长。2011年7月—2013年11月,西安工程大学理学院讲师,2013遴选为硕士生导师; 2013年12月-2018年11月,西安工程大学副教授,硕士生导师;2018年12月-至今,西安工程大学教授,硕士生导师。先后担任应物物理教研室秘书,微电子系副主任,实验中心副主任,院长助理,物理学科主任,理学院副院长。
长期从事新型光电探测器件,重点为单光子响应探测芯片的研制、理论与实验研究以及应用研究,在国内外期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,其中被SCI收录30余篇,研究成果被SCI期刊论文引用300余次;主持或参与国家级、省部级基金、厅局级基金10余项,其中主持并完成国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,陕西省重点研发计划一项。获得陕西高校优秀科研成果奖二等奖、三等奖各1项,2016年获得西安工程大学青年学术骨干荣誉,2019年获得香港桑麻基金会桑麻奖教金1项,同年获得西安工程大学科技之星荣誉称号。主持完成的《自主知识产权硅光电倍增管芯片技术》入选2023年度高校最具转化潜力成果。2024年获得江阴“蟠龙英才”,中国无锡“太湖杯”国际精英创新创业大赛三等奖。在国际上首次报道了性能优良的体电阻淬灭硅光电倍增管,首次论证了硅光电倍增管在数字光通讯中应用的可行性。
现为理学院副院长、党委委员、教授委员会委员,担任全国材料与器件专家委员会委员、理事;陕西省物理学会常务理事;陕西省核学会常务理事;教育部研究生教育评估监测专家;国家自然科学基金项目评审专家;陕西省光学学会理事;陕西省辐射与安全协会理事;西安市科技专家;陕西省科协评审专家。国际知名期刊评审人,多省专家库专家。
