马保科，男，1997年到西安工程大学工作，分别于2008年和2013年晋升为副教授与教授，2010年聘为硕士生导师，校学位评定委员会委员，继续教育学院院长。
长期从事复杂媒质中的电磁波传播与散射等领域研究，2022年获中国纺织工业联合会教育教学成果二等奖1项；2020年获陕西省高等继续教育教学改革成果二等奖1项。近年来，以第一作者公开发表教学、科研论文 40 多篇，其中三大检索收录十多篇；参与编写教材 1 部；主编完成《大学物理多媒体》电子教案 1 部，获教育部“全国高校多媒体课件大赛三等奖”1项。先后荣获“陕西省高教系统优秀青年教师”、“西安工程大学优秀教师”、“西安工程大学教学名师”等荣誉称号。2016 年入选“陕西省高等继续教育专家库”成员；2021 年入选“陕西省全民终身学习工作专家库”首批成员；陕西等多省份科技项目评审专家。
