郭琴，女，讲师，美国俄亥俄州立大学访问学者。2020年到西安工程大学工作，同年聘为讲师。

长期从事非线随机动力学的研究工作，包括非线性随机动力系统的理论和应用研究，网络系统的理论和应用研究等，在国内外期刊上发表SCI检索论文6余篇；参与国家级基金1项。
